Now comes the part where you get to stop managing it.
Our On The Day Coordination service is designed for couples who have planned their own wedding but don't want to spend their wedding morning checking timings, answering supplier questions or making sure everyone knows where they're supposed to be.
We'll step in during the final weeks, take over the logistics and become the point of contact for your suppliers, venue and key people.
So when your wedding day arrives, you can be a guest at your own wedding.
What’s Included?
Final Weeks Takeover
We’ll step in 6 weeks before your wedding and get fully up to speed with everything you’ve planned.
We’ll review your timing, logistics and supplier details and fill in any missing gaps.
Supplier Communication
We’ll become the main point of contact for your suppliers in the run up to the wedding.
We’ll confirm timings, arrival details, access requirements and anything else that needs to be arranged before the day.
For the final month before your wedding, you can relax and not worry about the supplier emails landing in your inbox.
Timeline Creation
We'll create a detailed wedding timeline covering everything from setup and the ceremony to the evening celebrations.
We’ll make sure timings are realistic and that everyone who needs a copy has one.
Wedding Day Set Up
We’ll arrive on site the day before and oversee the set up of the spaces. We will do a final handover with all the decor, stationery and personal details that you’ve brought with you so that you know your plans will be brought to life as intended.
We will ensure that the day before is as stress free as your wedding day itself.
Problem Solving
My job is to be a problem solver. There will be little details that don’t quite go to plan and that’s okay.
We’ll deal with it. Quietly, calmly and without bringing you the problem unless we genuinely need you.
Wedding Day Management
When the big day arrives, we're there. We will be the main point of contact for everyone on site.
We'll coordinate suppliers, assist venue coordination, manage the timeline, oversee the setup, handle the unexpected and make sure everything happens as planned.
You won’t need to rely on a family member or friend to keep on top. You all get to be there, fully present and enjoying every moment.
Investment
Our coordination fee starts from £1400.
This includes the 6 week final handover, 3 hours set up the day before and a maximum of 12 hours on the wedding day.

How It Works:
Free Consultation
We start with your initial call to discuss your plans, your ideas and your priorities. No hard sell, just a relaxed conversation to ensure we are the right fit.

You Continue Planning
Once you’ve booked your date, we leave you to plan the rest of the wedding whilst we stay in the background. We will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

The Handover
Around 6 weeks before the wedding, we officially step in. We’ll review everything, identify any gaps, contact your suppliers and start building a detailed plan for the day.
From this point, you can start handing over the logistics.

The Management
On your wedding day itself, you wake up and get married.
We'll take care of everything else.
From setup through to the final supplier leaving, we're there to keep the day moving, solve problems quietly and make sure the plans you've spent months creating come to life.

We’d recommend in touch as early as you can as our availability is based on a first come, first serve basis. However, we do take on a few last minute dates if suitable.

If you want to remain the main point of contact for your suppliers in the last few weeks that is absolutely fine however, we will still need to communicate with your suppliers and learn about the details from the stage.

It is completely dependent on the type of venue you have booked and whether you feel like you can trust their team to deliver your vision. A venue coordinator has a very different role. Read more about the differences here.

Our standard hours for your wedding day is 10 hours (a few hours before the ceremony up until the first dance) however we will agree on the exact hours of coverage as part of your consultation.
